This Privacy Policy applies to the Pure Glow Tracker application for mobile devices, together with related services operated by POWER UP GYM LTD (the “Application”). In this policy, POWER UP GYM LTD is referred to as the “Service Provider”.

1. Information the Application obtains
The Application does not collect, log or store personal information during normal use. You are not required to create an account or register in order to use the Application.
If the Application is used while connected to the internet, limited technical protocol information, such as a temporary IP address, may be transmitted to support network connectivity. This information is not retained for tracking purposes.
2. Precise location information
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
3. Third-party access and sharing
Because the Application does not collect personal information during ordinary use, no personal information is shared with third parties on that basis.
4. Opt-out rights
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling the Application from your device is sufficient to stop using it.
5. Data Retention
As a general rule, the Service Provider does not retain personal data collected through ordinary operation of the Application because such information is not collected in the first place. If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily submit information through email or other communication channels, that correspondence may be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to answer your request, maintain administrative records, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
6. Data Deletion
If you voluntarily provide information directly to the Service Provider and later want that information erased, you may request deletion by contacting clara43middleton@gmail.com. The Service Provider will review such requests and handle them in accordance with applicable law.
7. Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or any higher age required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market directly to them. If a child voluntarily provides information through another channel, parental or guardian consent may be required where applicable.
8. Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data during ordinary use, the risk of exposure is limited. Even so, no system is entirely immune from risk, and the Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any information it may hold.
9. Data breach notification
Since the Application does not collect personal data through ordinary use, the risk of a breach affecting personal data is minimal. If a breach affects information voluntarily provided to the Service Provider, notice will be given where required by applicable law.
10. Changes to this Policy
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting an updated version with a revised effective date. Previous versions may be made available upon request by contacting clara43middleton@gmail.com.
11. Your Consent
If you voluntarily provide information and the relevant processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out before the withdrawal.
